Difficult to say which one I like most as they are all so good. I think the facial expressions on 6, 4 and 3 really captured my attention, as well as the hopelessness conveyed visually in 5, 1 and 9 through body language, bowed head, lack of struggle, etc. (one can feel it). And, I’d be remiss for not singling out the hair on both victims … love both the ponytail on one and the partial face covering on the other in 5, 9 and 1. The word “suffering” in the story title comes out so damn clearly in the art. I can identify with them and feel it. All very evocative!

All of these have an excellent quality, I might elaborate why if I have to pick one I'd choose, from among those that have both figures, one:

I think it's because of the way the bend of the figures relates to each other.
If you compare with the immediate preceding #7 - hard to put in words but this one just has 'music' to it.

Beautiful.
I love a "willing" cruxee, and here is the added torment of treachery and sisters suffering together. Lots of great angles here like 1 which I don't often see, it really accentuates her figure and the hair over her face is very evocative. 7 and 8 are great views of the pair, offering different angles and an almost audible sense of despair, and 9 is a great bread and butter frontal view. Lovely!

True realism. Like I am an eyewitness of their final hours or maybe days. Also I like the holes and bloodmarks in patibulum which have been used repeatedly. Excellent!

As for the images: is it a cop out to say I am very impressed with all of them?
Agree with all the previous comments. The only thing I would add that each work tells a story in its own right, a very evocative and intense story at that.
Yet they all still fit together like intricate pieces of a puzzle. There’s an organic sensibility to the progression of images/poses/expressions that I am blown away by….!

The individual images are superb. The best enhancement I can think of would be to give more of the story leading up to their final fate, with a few images to accompany it. E.g. the sisters are given the opportunity to betray each other, and the one who co-operates will go free. Maybe this is even done in public with stripping, whipping etc, but finally they both hold fast and go bravely to their deaths.
Excellent images. The girls are full-bodied beauties with realistic facial expressions for the agonies they are suffering. I really like sister-sister(s) and mother-daughter(s) executions. Throw in an aroused male or two and it's quite a story. The males don't need to be crucified (spectators or pending crucifixion)--just visibly aroused. (Of course they--or you--would be!
)
These are excellent portrayals of suffering, including your distinctive hallmarks, with slightly unusual poses.Let me know which one is your favorite and why! I love to hear all feedback. All characters are over 18.
