I really like the short cross. Not only does she suffer the agony of crucifixion but does so knowing only a minimal amount of wood would be used for her demise!

I vote for "whipped". I like the sense that there is a strong wind blowing.

Whipping as a prelude is always necessary... Not hard, not brutal...
Only for visible whipmarks... A lot of it... Everywhere...

I always prefer 'spared'. I like to see them unblemished on their cross

they call it the "lash and splash" ... or possibly "flay and spray".

I usually prefer not whipped but in this case Eul gives a compelling argument to be whipped. I also like the low cross... saves trees and still does its job...
