All-new Pictures Of Crucified Women!! (mp5's Crux Thread & Day Spa)

Go to CruxDreams.com
I think it almost works better as desperate, rapid lines across the paper, it really captures an expression more than it does a person.
I agree, the sharp, rough lines hit like a whiplash

RULES OF THE SPA
2 No pants
3 Seriously, no pants.
Failure to follow any of these rules will result in a crucifixion.

Can I at least wear a pair of shorts?

Always nice to see more stuff from you. :)
I'd post more of my things, if my laptop wasn't being a piece of shit.

TOMB OF SAND AND FOAM

With moans scarcely said
The women pray for death
The tides will turn
and their sides will burn.
The icy seawater
for three weaping daughters
of the fallen Gods of Carthage
now sullen and apostate
They weep and cry alone
In the beach, their tomb of sand and foam.

The full 4K resolution of this is on my deviantart, for you collectors.

I've also taken the liberty to make two versions; with and without whipmarks. I think the image looks fine either way, but why shouldn't I let you choose? What do y'all think?

Oh great Carthage, fallen at the hands of perfidious Rome, how I weep for you.
Your people killed, your stones scattered, your Gods maligned in the pages of history.
Your daughters abused, they weep and cry alone.

Carthago delenda est - so they demanded, and so they wrought.

Phlebas (the Phoenician)

PS great work Emily!

I prefer the one without the whip mark, not sure why.
Maybe its because being crucified without being whipped first,is more sudden and shocking to those poor victims.

Salty air, never mind the seawater when it reaches them,
will make the whip-weals burn hideously.
The marks on the stakes show the modest Mediterranean tide won't drown them,
it will just lap around their breasts. so let them be whipped,
let their screams echo over sand and sea,
Rome has conquered, woe to the defeated!
