Yeah, this is weird. Who knew that French Satanists dress just like the Ku Klux Klan? But what the hell, we Americans have also borrowed French toast and French kissing. And what's with the vaseline ring on the camera lens? I guess that's the supernatural aura. I wish they would have just stayed with the whipping. That I can pretty much understand.

The 'Sanch' procession has a pagan character with only a thin veneer of Catholicism



The Procession de la Sanch (Processó de la Sanch in Catalan) is an annual ceremony in several towns in the French Catalonia. It is held during Holy Week on Good Friday ('Vendredi Saint'/'Divendres Sant'). Historically, a distinctive peaked, masked robe (the capirote) was used to protect the identity of prisoners (from revenge by those wronged) being led to their town's annual execution. This practical ceremony intermingled with Christian traditions of Good Friday, and today a long procession of black-robed people are led in silence by the red-robed regidor to the solemn tapping of a tambour, as part of the Good Friday celebrations.

"MISS STILETTO" the American title for the italian movie
"ISABELLA DUCHESSA DEI DIAVOLI" directed by Bruno Corbucci was released in 1969 in Europe only. It is an adaptation of a fumetto series become popular as the first Italy's erotic themed strips comprehensive of mild sado-masochistic situations. The film, though abundant with female nudity, includes (as far as I remember) only one whipping scene with the female leading character played by gorgeous Brigitte Skay nude except for a loincloth. The story is set in 17th century France under the reign of Louis XIII and develops around a greedy Baron who raids the estate of his enemy and kills the entire family,except Isabella, taking possession of their properties. Isabella is adopted and grown up by a gipsy tribe
named "The Devils". She becomes a beautiful undaunted young girl seeking revenge on the Baron and recovery of her family's castle.

Two criminals abduct the daughter of of a rich guy and hold her for ransom. They tie her to a bed and strip her for the full effect. It is only a short scene, but it is very powerful!

I saw this movie recently was really suprised in a positive way. Despite a limited number of characters (3) and sets, the movie manages to create a dense athmosphere and an exciting plot with some unexpected twists. And the acting is really good, too! It also interesting, how the creators preferred images over dialogs to tell the plot. There are entire several minutes long scenes without a single spoken word.

Never saw the movie, but that scene was actually kinda hard to watch. it's bad enough being forced naked and spread eagle by two men, but to also have a gag in your mouth and your head and face covered? I'm claustrophobic and prone to panic attacks, so I don't think that would have ended well for me at all.

In turn, it also would not have worked out well for my captures and learn that something bad happened to me while they were away, and they only assumed the entire time that I was finally being quiet.

Never saw the movie, but that scene was actually kinda hard to watch. it's bad enough being forced naked and spread eagle by two men, but to also have a gag in your mouth and your head and face covered? I'm claustrophobic and prone to panic attacks, so I don't think that would have ended well for me at all.

In turn, it also would not have worked out well for my captures and learn that something bad happened to me while they were away, and they only assumed the entire time that I was finally being quiet.

I think anyone would panic if they were actually abducted and found themselves in a situation like this. There is a scene in the movie where the two captors check on her and think for a moment that she is dead when in fact she has just passed out (probably due to the lack of oxygen under the bag).

This would be a perfect title for "Porn Ping Pong", a game that was invented by two German comedians. You go to the adult section of a video store and read the titles out loud to each other. Whoever laughs first, looses.

Gate of Flesh (1964) is a Japanese movie, about young prostitutes in Tokyo, just after the surrender in 1945. Both the city and society lay in ruins. Every client, US soldiers or Japanese men, may as well be a threat. The girls stick together, but they tolerate neither that one of them gives free seks, nor falls in love with a client. In that case, ruthless punishment follows.
There is a scene in which one of the girls, who has broken the rule, is suspended naked by her wrists in their 'home', a bombed out building, and repeatedly whipped. Afterwards, she is left dangling, while the others eat and chat.
