From Alain Robbe-Grillet's film, l'Eden et après:
it was seeing that image at an impressionable age
that first got this girl fascinated with being tortured on the Wheel.
I'm still not quite sure what exactly is happening to her -
in the film, the sequence is chopped into brief frames
that appear when the heroine's being fucked,
they represent her fantasy. The victim on the wheel thing
just moves her head and shoulders round to the right,
then slumps forward, head hanging.
But the chain and the wheel itself are no doubt
doing something both cruel and pleasurable to
her most sensitive parts
