The break of dawn at the TreeHouse … following a miserable night … with little sleep … feeling quite uncertain of what the new day will bring after returning his Mustang late the night before with a crumpled fender.

I’d been hoping that he might not notice, given that it was dark.

But he did.

“We’ll deal with her in the morning,” I remember him saying to Bull and Gunner. “Take her to her room, and make sure she doesn’t run away.”

They did.

Tree is very sorry about this. Gunner and Bull did not understand when Barb told them her last name was 'Moore'... so they gave her "more"...
