According to the RealTimeBondage website, the official movie's title is "Sweaty Pig Part 3". One of my all time favorites
But "London River Humiliated" fits well, too. She does suffer A LOT of humiliation throughout the "Sweaty Pig" series. For example, she is made to dance like a stripper in front of the cross before she goes up.
By the way, this episode also contains the legendary roasting scene. One of the most intense scenes I have ever seen in a BDSM movie!

I would say it is the same cross London River suffered on in "Sweaty Pig", but the girl in your GIF is definately someone else. This girl has several tattoos, London River does not (or at least she did not have any when they made "Sweaty Pig").
