Here is another video from the same source (Cruel World) of a nude girl being hanged for real. She does a rather nice split when first suspended. You tend to loose all modesty when being hanged. Note the rope burns around her neck at the end of the video.This link gets the closest to the full experience of being hung. There are others in this series which I have seen but at the moment I can't seem to source them.
