This one is not a miliciana. In fact, she the exact opposite. She's a member of the BDM (Bund Duescher Mädel), the girls branch of the Hitler Youth. You can see their emblem on the other girl's helmet.

The photo could have been taken near the end of the war. Though not officially approved, many BDM girls, especially in eastern areas, joined the Volkssturm. Some may have also been trained to serve in the SS Werwolf partisan units.
Something about this photo seems fishy to me. The girl seems too pretty. It looks like a shot from a movie. I've found a few references on the internet, but they are all just repost of the photo. I have not been able to find the original source.

Agreed. She looks like she's emulating Brigitte Bardot's famous pout, albeit 20 years too early.
