WAAKKK!! The blow whip number 25 is screamed by the sergeant and hitting one of her already opened wound.
"Oh--hhh" Like a choke gasp she does.
She's starting roll eyes behind... she gives her last ininvoluntary deep breath arching slightly her stomach back in her ribs, a reaction of her brain from her nerves impulses.
This is due to the lack of oxygen in her blood too.
She's out. It's over! She's losing her consciousness. The fainting is coming!

Sure... but if you hadn't noticed before it was just to write the story, always accompanying it with the right images to give even more emphasis!So, I did a little research and examined the images in question. If you edit the picture and lighten the image, you can see the tormentor is holding a single strand whip. I love it when I'm right.

Depending on the offense/my mood. Anywhere between twelve and 120 lashes. Any less than that is hardly worth the time. Any more than that risks straying into superfluousness. Most of the time I think I would keep it around the 30-50 ballpark.
I quite like a T-shaped post, either tall with the victim's arms restrained stretched out overhead, or chest height with the arms stretched straight out to the sides. Either way exposing the full expanse of the bare back to the lashes
Upon completion of punishment the condemned is to be imprisoned for a minimum of one fortnight (if they are released at all). The stripes are to be promptly bathed with strong salt brine.
I usually like to imagine myself as a witness or officiatior rather than executioner. Don't have the most impressive arm strength and I'd like to avoid developing carpal tunnel again if I can.
If she faints she is to be woken with cold water and/or smelling salts. Otherwise, as long as she remains conscious at all, punishment will continue until all prescribed lashes have been administered. No matter her protestations.

So you would be, in a nutshell, a higher-ranking soldier (say even a corporal) who shouts the lashes to be administered or a scrutineer in a possible court martial. And in Ancient Rome probably a nobleman who watches the torture, or even an Optio or a Centurion who attends the flogging sentence making sure that the victim even if she does not complete all the prescribed lashes, at least gets flogged in an exemplary way.Ok I'll play

And you would be cruel and impartial, even seeing the prisoner who begs for the flogging to stop even though she is clearly exhausted and very sick and close to fainting.(This, by the way, i dare say, if not entirely, was a very common attitude in the most ancient floggings, such as in the Roman Empire and in the Middle Ages.)
In any case, my advice, a doctor or in any case someone with a fair amount of medical knowledge is always better to be present to avoid serious dangers (such as death or serious physical problems) is valid both for a flogging court martial, and a medieval or Ancient Roman flogging, and so on.

It is right to joke and also to play. But i am also of the opinion and therefore agree that things should also be said for what is true, i correct myself, for how it would really be. The beauty of this forum is also this after all, to retrace in history and therefore in antiquity the real facts that have or that could have happened during these terrible punishments
The doubled up loop for sure! I’ve tried both, and taken a lot more than just 10 strokes at a time.
If you wish to make it more painful, use the cable wet. MASTER usuallyhas this slave re-wet it after every 10 strokes, and use saltwater for a nice bit of seasoning. After 50 or 60 like that I feel thoroughly whipped and MASTER is usually kind enough to choose a different whip before continuing. The Cat o nine tails is a nice alternative- not so many welts nor as stingy. He usually begins with either that or a flogger, great warm up choices for me.
The nice thing about the looped cable (I use an old mouse cable) is it’s a great weapon for self-inflicted pain. Thus, when separated from MASTER, HE can order this one to give itself 50 or even 100 with the cable and a simple photo serves as adequate proof that HIS slave has obeyed…

Depends on the infraction but to my mind 100 lashes is a minimum punishment for slaves (and she is a slave, I only punish slaves…) She looks strong, so make it 200
I prefer to make the slave kneel at a kneeling post: wrists and neck chained to the top, nipples clamped and chained to the neck height, knees chained to the base of the post and ankles shackled to a bolt stretched behind.
Start with 50 with the cat o nine tails, then move to a single tail signal whip for the next 50. Follow up with 50 from my triple tailed barbed “slave whip”, then 30 with a bullwhip with metal stirrup tip (think Roots whipping scene), and finish with 20 from a Roman Flagrum/scourge…
That’ll teach her to dare disobey!
Start with a drug cocktail stimulant to keep her awake, and pain enhancers that heightens her senses so she feels pain more intensely. I have a Doctor present to monitor her vitals as she is meant to survive. If necessary we can postpone further lashes for a day or two, but also adding 10% to the remaining count so she knows there’s no chance for mercy or pity.
She is to keep accurate count, and if fails will receive an additional ten lashes using the current whip variant. Multiple infractions increase the penalty by +5 per round…
I’d be vicariously enjoying it, imagining myself in her place, but be very jealous. And the more aroused I become at the thought of her suffering, the more I’d want to hurt her, wishing it was me (which is why it’s dangerous to put a masochist in charge of administering his favourite punishment)

Absolutely, flog until she drops, covered in welts and oozing blood, then revive her for more. She must be forced to endure the entire punishment including any penalty, even if it takes multiple sessions, so she knows her place as a slave under the lash. Lucky bitch!
