oh, I have issues with that too. They play endlessly, wave little flags, and hardly ever score. I get so bored.

In most examples of human endeavour, a specialist language develops so that the cognoscenti can jabber away to each other in terms that are entirely baffling to those not in the know. Medicine, cricket, football (of any kind), banking, music, law - all have their own language.
Even here, we throw around words like 'patibulum', 'Dolcett', BATS, 'poire d'angoisse' and so on, not to mention 'tight little', or 'tumescence'. We ought to issue a glossary to new members!
(Discovering the meaning in practice of 'silly mid wicket' or 'crurifragium' can be almost equally painful....

Why do we need new words when we already have perfectly reasonable and functional ones?
As for the vagina being referred to as a “bonus hole” that’s not as bad as the refusal to define woman (which, btw human adult female) or to insist on adding cis- to an already defined term. I’m not cis anything, I’m just male or a man, similarly for female women…
I think it’s a lie to suggest I’m in anyway transphobic just because I respect the English language and biological truths.
For transgender people we already have perfectly acceptable terminology, no need to flip the orthodoxy which rarely works well…
