From El Mercenario (The Mercenary) a sci-fi/fantasy comic book by Spanish artist Vicente Sergelles published from 1980-2003. The title character and come others spend a lot of time riding dragons and he seems to always be encountering damsels in distress. A few chapters appeared in Heavy Metal in the 80s.

Like I mentioned earlier, I believe dragons would have a cloaca and not a penis. But I still enjoy the illustrations that involve monster dicks.
