I've no sympathy for John Lennon's killer or anyone who kills in cold blood nor support the court systems that coddle them.

Tim Peake is being launched into space this day
Though not the first British Astronaut, that honour belonging to Helen Sharman, he is the first to actually be funded by the British Government. He is due to dock with the International Space Station around 17:24 GMT

I am however waiting for the inevitable Trump tweet that "Britain is so radicalised they are celebrating some guy going off to join ISS" :p
