Bilingual roadsigns in Wales produce frequent howlers (for Welsh speakers) -
the most hilarious was the first one -
somehow 'cyclists' got mistaken for 'cystitis',
so it says 'bladder disease recurring' 
The second one shows why it happens -
the Welsh text says
'I'm not in my office today. Forward any work for translation'

I don't have a picture of it but one of the places I used to work at had instructions for the car's driver in print and Braille!!!
