The thing is, Loxoru, that we must put up with the vagaries and demands of the male side of the species, and there is a limit to how many times we can take the loo’s lid up…And especially steam engines had to be handled with care as if they were women, or their boiler blew up!
one question though would be though ... if the thing had ever entered service (without the pilot losing control of the very unforgiving aerodynamic design) ... the completely forward exposed jet engine intakes with a straight view onto the turbine blades would have been quite the radar reflector. That's one thing pretty much every low observable aircraft design tries to avoid...Looks like an illustration of some of the Horten Brothers' flying wing designs. Radar test done on a mock-up a few years ago did show the design had stealth characteristics; not only because of it's shape but also the plywood construction.

Taken from the 1968 set of planet of the apes.Linda Harisson make a phone call between two shots of Planet of the Apes?
You can see and hear her in this "Pitch" to the studio at around 5'15" sec. Here she's testing out some early apes makeup (she was considered for the role of Dr. Zira) but did play Nova instead, not a bad casting choice i think.
