It's actually meant to be the vision of Ezekiel - most of the details are there - wind, fire, four 'living creatures' with heads of man, lion, ox and eagle, wheels within wheels with eyes on their rims ... but the drama and awesomeness of the verbal description in the Bible is sadly lacking.
