Based on those facts, how and who will be burned on it. Will it be a slow fire, or will it be a full fire. The victim is raised onto such a fire. From a technical point of view, this is not difficult. Therefore, there is no point in setting up the victim first, and only then heaping firewood. This will not produce predictable combustion. Firewood needs to be laid out in advance.

Perhaps her feet are embedded in the cement from which the base for the scaffold is made, and she does not need chains
In practice, simple ropes were enough.
