I am publishing another work by a master from Russia working in the BATS genre, which he made at my request. The image is a scene from the life of a medieval city or other large settlement. Hanging and Burning at Stake
It’s so wonderful as a very mature female model, to be surrounded by loads of younger female beauty, even if the pictures do portray a world that seems to meddle with our sense, and certainly things we prey we will never concern us, that is to say within our time in the real world. Thing is all those playing the roles in these manipulated pictures, whether being burned alive, or hung by the neck from a rope, do get to walk off the set and get on with their lives afterwards.
Thing is getting my brain to invent a fictional story line to portray how five lovely young women get themselves hung and two get burnt at the stake at Tyburn need some thought. Then one day, stepping off a number 2 London bus from Victoria at Marble Arch, the arch transported me back in time to reveal it’s murky passed. It seems that no women were ever burnt at the stake in England for witchcraft, so the best I could come up with was that the seven of us all lived with a guy in his house, who would make good use of use by pimping us all out, and not passing any of the profits on to us. One day the shit finally hits the fan, and the five younger girls get together and steal some of his money. He threatens to call the Beagle resulting in Pippa and her close Asian friend Cuervoa, just lose it and end up killing him. They all are soon arrested and find themselves facing the Judge at the Old Bailey. Pippa and Cuervoa are sentenced by the court to be dragged to Tyburn on a hurdle and burnt at the stake for petty treason, quite a standard punishment for a woman who murders her Husband, Master, or Mistress, but having made it clear that their five younger companions had played no part in his death, the judge is satisfied and spares them from the very painful death of being burnt alive, he takes mercy on them and so convicting the five girls of the lesser crime they are to be hung for the theft of the money. Both Pippa and Cuervoa are chained to their Stakes and made to watch as their five young companions are hung.

BURNING ON THE LADDER
An interesting way to burn a witch was to tie her to a ladder leaning against a sturdy wooden cross.
A large bonfire was lit in front of her. Then, by means of ropes and pulleys, the ladder was lowered so that the witch ended up in the flames.
The flames had to be powerful, because the woman had to realize that she was burning alive and she was not to die of suffocation from the smoke.
Sometimes the flames burned the clothes, then the ladder was raised to show everyone the nudity of the witch.
After that, the ladder was lowered again and the naked witch was allowed to burn alive.

A person must breathe. In the situation you describe, the woman breathes in heated combustion products. Yes, it hurts. But she can't even scream. And therefore she will lose consciousness much faster than those who are burned at the stake in a vertical position.

First it wasn't for her sake it was because the robe would catch fire and if the crowd saw ripped and torn tits and burns from red hot irons on her naked body even then in the age of ignorance and pitiful treatment of females the crowd would realize the poor girl confessed just to stop the torture. In my opinion
The villagers gathered around to see Theresa brought to the stake to be burned for her relationship with the devil. The cleric lit the pyre and before the flames reached her, the cleric said "It is obvious you are the devil's whore. Only the devil's lover could have a body that would tempt a man of God..."
