Barbaria & Windar - Plantation Plight
In a post-apocalyptic world reduced to pre-industrial technology, slavery based on economic class rather than race has been re-instituted. When their small farm defaults on its loans, Barb and her mother Pat are sold into slavery. Their owner, Charles, likes them a bit too much for the taste of his wife Sarah. Barb and Pat are severely persecuted as a result, but have little choice but to try and cope as best they can. There are some surprises revealed at the end of the story.
