In the galley, an adequate disciplinary procedure must be established for the girls sentenced to rowing:

8 hour shifts:

- 8 hours rowing

- 8 hours of services on the boat: deck cleaning, cooking and food service, human toilet, sexual services to raise crew morale (blowjob, rimjob, fucking, anal, and so on).

- 8 hours of rest in the bilge, chained to prevent them from masturbating or having lesbian relations between the rowers.

Every day several tortures will be applied to at least one girl to punish her faults: whipping with cats o' nine tails with knots dipped in vinegar and salt tied to the mainmast , after the flogging the girl will be crucified with ropes on the bow of the ship as figurehead or on top of the mainmast. If no girl has committed any offense, lots are drawn among all of them to be equally flogged to "motivate" the other rowers.

Girls in the galleys are sentenced to life imprisonment, but in fact, the average survival is five years. No new girl over 23 years of age is accepted and each time a new batch of condemned women arrives, those considered "old" or weakened are chosen to be executed to make room for the new ones.

New girls in the galley are "welcome" by the crew the first day: gangbanged, whipping, branding with hot irons and ringed in niples and clit (these rings are usefull to train "educate" properly the new slaves.

The execution of the "old" rowers is an occasion to motivate those who are still alive to continue rowing and the new ones to obey, which is why the executions are not quick or merciful. If they are carried out on the high seas, the condemned women are thrown to the sharks or flogged to death.

Those who are executed on dry land have worse luck. Sometimes the galley arrives at a port and there all the chained rowers are made to line up to watch the public torture and death of their former companions: bonfire, wheel, crucifixion, impalement are the captain's preferred methods.
