Bagnolo’s mayor Cristina Almici said: ‘We have received several complaints from women about the bar and we are looking at what we can do with regard to public order.
‘There has been a huge influx of traffic into the town since the news of Laura started to spread and this has led to incidents of bad parking and some minor acts of vandalism.
‘We can’t stop people from going to her bar and I know it is very popular with men in the town – personally I don’t see any problem with how she looks or dresses.
'If anything, it’s the men who go there who have a problem.’
She added, however: ‘My husband is certainly not allowed to go there.’

The Coffee Shop seems the appropriate place to express my thanks to all the people participating in this forum. I stumbled in here a week ago when this site showed up in a Google search. Funny place Hooters.... can't say I like it much, but whenever I go to Singapore I always have a cold beer on their terrace on Clarke Quay - one of the best views of the River in town....

Hi. Thanks for the compliments. All the staff including coffee grinders here at the Coffee Shop do appreciate such comments. We do have a vetting procedure in place before anyone is admitted and very few bad guys get through. Ulrika is always ready to take your order...and more.The Coffee Shop seems the appropriate place to express my thanks to all the people participating in this forum. When I first tiptoed tentatively onto the Forums, nearly four years ago now (

I was soon invited to the Coffee Shop, and before I knew it,
I was hanging up naked in the cellar along with Willowfall,
being treated to the tender attentions of Cruella DeVille and Jenny Two-Whips
It strikes me there are a few slavegirls around on CF now who've missed out on that initiation -
but it's never too late....

Just want to echo what L.T. has said, as I probably should have done ages ago. Having been here for just over six months, aside from the quality and quantity of material on CF, I have been continually impressed by so many of the people on here. Creative, intelligent, witty, and above all, non-judgemental. You feel that you among friends. It is easy to take all of that for granted. To those of you who have been here longer than I have, and to the staff members, thank you, all!

Funny after a year and a half on CF..... I have never quite gotten into the fun at the coffee shop
.... never too late though, as you say.... I will try to pay more attention in the future.

got busy with quite a lot of other stuff going on here, but it's nice to have an open chatroom,
