Or possibly not. On the International Dateline there is the small island of San Serif. It's unique position has made it a haven for those who wish to have the best of both worlds by either missing out on April 1st all together or having it twice. THe financial implications of this are enormous especially to those who need to manipulate their finances.
Accordingly, the island's position is under investigation by a UN committee who wish to to move San Serif and locate it firmly on one side or the other. The islanders will be given a chance to vote on their preference but if the result is close the choice will be made by the Secretary General of the UN and imposed by the Security Council.

This should suit Tree - in the Czech Republic on Easter Monday it is considered acceptable for men to whip women to make them seem more youthful. I'll leave you to consider if there is any truth in this, but I for one won't be going there tomorrow.
In Northwest Arkansas Tree's cousins always whip the women... I've never heard the reason...

Great pic. Frontal whipping, and especially on the breasts is great. And here it is done by a machine.....merciless, cruel, precisely.
But a pity that she isn't totally naked.
